Our quietly situated holiday flatz for 4 is located at the edge of a small wood, in Spittal/Drau. (Millstättersee)

• In a walk distandce of only 5-7min you can find different sport possibilities like indoor and outdoor places for playing tennis, further sports grunds, a swimming bath ("Drautalperle") and in winter cross-country skiing trails.
• The cablecar station of the well-known mountain Goldeck, were you can gi skiing in winter or hiking in summer, the ski school and the ice skating rink are kocated just 200m from here.
• If you want to see the centre of Spittal it will only take you a 10 min walk and you can reacht the Millstättersee in about 10 min. by car. Furthermore there is the famous "Drauradweg" and numerous hiking paths are in the immediate vicinty.
